What are your return & exchanges policy?
Unfortunately, due to the small size of my shop, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.
The only exception is in the case of significant damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Each case will be reviewed individually, and resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
What is your shipping policy?
Once an order has been shipped and/or marked as delivered by the carrier, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. I recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.
Please also ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the buyer. Your will order will be shipped to the address exactly as entered. I will not honor replacements due to incorrect shipping addresses.
If an order is returned to me due to an address issue, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
Where do you ship to?
I am currently only shipping within the United States on this website. If you live outside of the US, please check out my Etsy shop: kpopluckyknots.etsy.com. I offer shipping to more countries through Etsy.
What is your processing times?
Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
Do you accept cancellations?
Unfortunately, just like refunds/exchanges, I do not accept cancellations.
What happens if my product gets damaged over time?
I am not responsible for product damages that were made by the buyer or occurred over time.
